The Achievement Cell was established on August 15th, Independence Day 2018 and began official operations on September 15th, 2018 with the vision to take Maitreyi College to a higher pedestal within Delhi University as well as nationally. We aimed to achieve our vision by affecting the opinion of students at the ground level. We got associated with thousands of Maitreyians and built a strong network to bring together like-minded individuals to cumulatively affect the student body of Maitreyi in a positive way. We worked with various bodies and on various events within Maitreyi College to enhance their operations by contributing in any capacity that we can. We have offered our best to Maitreyi and hope to continue to do so in the future.

The Achievement Cell broadcasts high-achieving students of the University of Delhi. While Forbes 30 under 30 recognizes adults, we believe in appreciating the youth for their accomplishments at an early stage in their careers. Our vision is to appreciate the youth while also providing them opportunities for growth with our wider audience and help people find the right inspiration and identify the next steps in their career-building journey. We aim to expand the cell by adding various relevant and operational verticals to it which will further create a bigger impact.

The Achievement Cell broadcasts high-achieving students from the University of Delhi. While appreciating achievers, they aim to share opportunities for growth with our wider audience to help students find inspiration and identify the next steps in their career-building journey. The Achievement Cell at Maitreyi College focuses on showcasing high-achieving students and providing growth opportunities to inspire and guide others in their career journeys. Throughout the session, they conducted 17 interviews with distinguished individuals from various Delhi University colleges. Among these interviews, 11 featured students from Maitreyi College. The interviews highlighted achievers from different industries, including athletics, entrepreneurship, and social service. Notable graduates from Maitreyi College, such as Radhika Bajpai, Varda Sharma, Diya Prateek, Aditi Chauhan, and Tanya, were also featured. Additionally, the Achievement Cell runs a subsidiary page called "Humans of Maitreyi," where they interview Maitreyi College students and cover campus events. One of their successful initiatives was organising the "Unleash the Heart" open mic competition as part of their annual cultural event, Rhapsody. The competition attracted numerous participants who showcased their talents in various categories. Through effective promotion on social media and media sponsor outreach, the event received a substantial number of registrations. 22 students from various colleges participated, and the event concluded successfully, leaving both participants and attendees satisfied. The cell collaborated with the Film Society of Motilal Nehru College for the creation of a documentary on bullying. To ensure the smooth functioning of the Achievement Cell, comprehensive meetings were conducted both in person and online. Department-specific tasks, drives, and workshops were organised to enhance skills and improve work efficiency. The cell also held interactive sessions to foster team bonding and a positive working environment.
