Vista, the photography society of Maitreyi College, started its magazine “Bokeh” with the aim of providing the photographers a platform to showcase their talent and share stories behind the visuals. The first volume was published digitally in the academic session 2022-23. Bokeh has had two print editions going live during the NAAC visit 2022 and Maitreyi’s Annual fest- Rhapsody 2023. A total of four issues have been curated by the team till now. Currently, Bokeh editions run seasonally- Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer. Bokeh is curated by the members of Vista who work on monthly themes exploring their creativity behind the lens. It not only aims to reach a wider audience promoting art but also provides the photographers a formal and organised platform to communicate their ideas and vision while working with the camera. The magazine also includes a summary of Vista’s activities such as the photowalks to photogenic places like the Yamuna Ghat, Chandini Chowk, Red Fort, etc.
