  • § Molecular analysis: Isolation and estimation of genomic DNA/RNA, cDNA synthesis, PCR amplification, Restriction digestion, carried out agarose and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis immunoblot analysis of different protein. 

    § Insect cell culture: C6/36 cell line maintenance and Dengue virus propagation, isolation and storage. SF9/SF21 cell line maintenance, propagation for recombinant protein production. 

     § Animal handling: BALB/c inbred mice
